I represent office tenants seeking clarity in a crowded market. My role is to guide the process from initial strategy through lease execution, with an emphasis on environment, flexibility, and long-term fit.

This work is grounded in understanding how teams actually operate — how space is used day-to-day, how needs evolve over time, and how lease decisions function beyond the initial transaction.

I focus on representing established office tenants and growing teams, typically those requiring 2,000 square feet or more, where the space is a strategic business decision, not a short-term stopgap.

My role is to translate business needs into smart location, layout, and deal decisions, while minimizing friction throughout the process — from site selection through negotiation and execution.

The goal is alignment between space, operations, and long-term viability.
