The former Tavern Littleton, located at 2589 W Main Street in Historic Downtown Littleton, officially sold on Friday, January 30, for $2.35 million.
The property was acquired by Main Street Partners and will be repositioned for a new restaurant concept, adding another strong use to Downtown Littleton’s Main Street corridor.
I represented the seller in this transaction, working alongside Pat Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate.
Positioned at one of the most prominent corners in Downtown Littleton, the property has long been a recognizable fixture in the area’s dining and nightlife scene.
