Tavern Building Sells for $2.35M in Downtown Littleton
The former Tavern Littleton, located at 2589 W Main Street in Historic Downtown Littleton, officially sold on Friday, January 30, for $2.35 million.
The property was acquired by Main Street Partners and will be repositioned for a new restaurant concept, adding another strong use to Downtown Littleton’s Main Street corridor.
I represented the seller in this transaction, working alongside Pat Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate.
Positioned at one of the most prominent corners in Downtown Littleton, the property has long been a recognizable fixture in the area’s dining and nightlife scene. With its multi-level layout, rooftop terraces, and high-visibility location, the building offers a rare combination of scale, outdoor space, and pedestrian exposure, attributes that continue to draw interest from experienced hospitality operators.
Downtown Littleton remains one of the metro area’s most resilient and desirable submarkets for food-and-beverage concepts. Its walkable Main Street, established tenant mix, and strong sense of place make it especially attractive for operators seeking authenticity, visibility, and consistent foot traffic.
This sale reflects continued investor confidence in well-located, experience-driven retail assets, particularly in historic downtown districts with proven demand.
More to come as the next chapter for this property takes shape.
