What my clients are saying…
“We recently worked with Montana to help us relocate our boutique creative agency. She was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable on the market and always completely real with us regarding our wants vs budget. I honestly don't think we could've landed in a better spot for the money. I highly recommend Montana!”

Navigating the Commercial Leasing Process: A Guide for Business Owners
Approaching leasing in the commercial real estate world can feel like a foray into the Wild West.
Unlike the regulated procedures for buying and selling real estate in Colorado, leasing is a different ballgame. The state government doesn't oversee leasing the same way, which means that almost every aspect of a lease deal is negotiable. It's an intricate and strategic process.

Vote to Protect Colorado Independent Liquor Retailers
Colorado is a unique state in that we do not have chain liquor stores in the way you see them in California and other states. Coloradans also know that almost every grocery store has a separate liquor store in the parking lot. As of 2021, Colorado had 1,592 licensed retail liquor stores. Clearly, this is a very important segment of small business in our state and it needs to be protected.
I’m delighted to announce the closing of the 2,423-square-foot mixed-use property at 808-810 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, Colorado, on September 27, 2024. After 52 days on the market, the property went under contract at $1,200,000. This was my second opportunity this year to represent a seller in the Santa Fe submarket. On April 24, the sale of the restaurant property at 300 Santa Fe Drive closed.
