We’re pleased to announce the successful lease of 1410 S Wadsworth Blvd in Lakewood, Colorado, a freestanding retail property with outstanding exposure along this high-traffic corridor. The building is now home to Timeless Relics & What-knots, a dynamic antique mall featuring more than 40 booths, 17 display cases, and thousands of unique vintage finds.
The five-year lease began on September 1, 2025. Montana Rae of Henry Group Real Estate represented the landlord, and Adam Mesinger of Market Real Estate represented the tenant.
Previously occupied by Advance Auto Parts, this 6,968-square-foot Lakewood retail building sat vacant for seven months after the national retailer closed this location and several others across the country. The property — a large, open box with bathrooms and a drive-in door — was ready for reimagination.
The landlord invested in HVAC upgrades and a fresh coat of exterior paint, brightening the façade and boosting curb appeal, which helped attract this high-quality tenant. Timeless Relics & What-knots appreciated the prime location on South Wadsworth Boulevard, convenient access for moving inventory through the drive-in door, and outstanding daily traffic exposure. Surrounded by other retail and secondhand stores — and situated within a densely residential area — the site offers consistent visibility to a steady flow of potential customers.
Before opening, the tenant completed thoughtful interior improvements, including the addition of vendor display walls, an office, and storage areas.
