Native American Bank Expands Along Broadway Corridor with Lease at 277 Broadway
Native American Bank has leased space at 277 Broadway in Denver, marking an exciting milestone in the bank’s continued growth along the Broadway corridor.
I represented the Landlord in this lease transaction, with Bobby Bolyard of Kentwood Commercial Real Estate representing the tenant. The property, formerly home to Community Bank of Colorado, will now provide temporary workspace for Native American Bank’s expanding team during a period of significant transition.
The bank signed a three-year lease, effective June 1, 2025, to accommodate its rapid growth and space requirements as it prepares to build a new headquarters on a nearby 0.55-acre site at 341–351 N. Broadway, which it purchased for $4 million in August.
Native American Bank’s current headquarters, located at 201 N. Broadway, which opened in 2019, has quickly filled as the bank’s team has grown from 16 to over 40 employees. This relatively short-term lease at 277 Broadway provides an ideal solution, keeping the bank close to its established community while giving it the room it needs to operate efficiently during construction.
Congratulations to Native American Bank on this exciting expansion, and thank you to Bobby Bolyard and the Kentwood team for a smooth and professional collaboration.
