DOWNTOWN ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO

Englewood, Colorado, is a dynamic city located just south of downtown Denver. With a population of approximately 35,000 residents, the city offers a balance of suburban comfort and urban accessibility.

Englewood’s historic downtown is centered around the South Broadway corridor. Along this thoroughfare, the 3400 block is a hub for bustling activity.

The area is home to a vibrant mix of food, beverage, and retail businesses, benefiting from a strong local customer base and ongoing city-sponsored events—including a major annual music festival.

The city’s commitment to fostering small businesses makes this an ideal location for a bar, restaurant, or retail concept.
