South Broadway & West Hampden Avenue Improvements

The City of Englewood has transformed the area in front of 3495 S Broadway into a vibrant community gathering space. In collaboration with urban design and planning firm Studio Seed, the corner has been thoughtfully reimagined to enhance the downtown experience.

As part of this effort, a one-block section of West Hampden Avenue—directly in front of the restaurant—is converted into a pedestrian-only plaza and live music venue during special events throughout the year.

This prime location also serves as the heart of the city’s largest annual celebration, the Englewood Block Party, returning Saturday, August 23, 2025.

Little Dry Creek Plaza Transformation

The City of Englewood has brought its exciting vision for Little Dry Creek Plaza to life. Located steps from the doors of 3495 S Broadway, off West Hampden Avenue, this green space has been transformed, creating a welcoming park and recreation area with attractive landscaping along the picturesque creekbed.
