After more than 20 years in emergency medicine, Dr. Noah Kaufman brings a new outpatient model to Jefferson Park with a 10-year lease at 2515 Eliot Street. KaufCare will operate from a former optometry office.

By leveraging dynamic marketing, persistent outreach, existing infrastructure, and recent neighborhood enhancements, vacancy between tenants was limited to just one month for our client.

The transaction reflects continued demand for neighborhood-scale medical concepts in mixed-use environments, particularly when buildout can be strategically reused rather than rebuilt from scratch.
