In 2024, I listed the mixed-use office/retail property at 808-810 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, Colorado. The seller meticulously restored the property between 2016 and 2022. My client approached the sales process cautiously, aiming to convey the property by June 2025 and starting the process approximately 12 months before that deadline.
We got to work.
After thoroughly analyzing the site and sales comps and crafting a remarkable set of marketing assets, the property went on the market on June 7, 2024. The transaction closed on September 27, 2024, nine months ahead of the seller’s goal.

After 52 days on the market, the property went under contract at $1,200,000. This was my second opportunity this year to represent a seller in the Santa Fe submarket. On April 24, the sale of the restaurant property at 300 Santa Fe Drive closed.
